Stephen joined A&D in 2008 and, as Director of Exhibitions, Stephen is responsible for helping to create a dialogue and engagement between the A&D community and the Detroit arts community. This includes developing exhibitions and related programming, managing the daily operations of the facility, and building vital connections to further link people in these two places.
As an illustrator, he has provided work for clients such as The New York Times, Comedy Central, and Scholastic. His work has been included in The New York Art Directors Annual, Print, and the AIGA Design Annual. His work has also been exhibited in galleries including The Elaine L. Jacob Gallery, DAM, and The Scarab Club.
Stephen also teaches graphic design at the College for Creative Studies.
