Sample Plan of Study
As indicated in the charts below, in each semester of the first two years, students complete 3 studio courses, 2 academic courses, and the Lecture Series.
One of the third-year semesters is the preferred time period for students to engage in international study. One semester of international study, with careful planning, will not prevent students from completing curriculum requirements in eight semesters. In consultation with their advisors and the director of international engagement, students establish plans to satisfy the international study requirement.
In the fourth and final year, students enroll in Integrative Project, a year-long capstone educational experience that must begin in the fall term of the final year.

All lectures take place at 5 pm on Thursdays at the historic Michigan Theater in downtown Ann Arbor.
